Every matter is led by a lawyer who has done that work many times, in franchising and in the commercial, property and disputes work that runs alongside it. Our lawyers are business owners as well as advisers, so the advice weighs the deal, the cash and the timing, not only the clause. Since 2013 that has meant 63 franchisor systems established, 2,880 franchise agreements reviewed and 162 disputes resolved at mediation.
Consultations are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, at Level 11, 456 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
