Work is allocated across the team by complexity, so routine tasks never carry principal rates. Specialist subcontractors lead in the areas the firm does not lead in.
How we are set up
Small by design
Minerva Law is deliberately small. Tsungai Mukushi has practised since 2008 and established the firm in 2013. Rather than build a pyramid, the practice works with a specialist team and engages independent contractors to lead in areas outside its franchising core, which is how a client asking about litigation, property or aviation gets help rather than a referral out the door.
Consultations are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, at Level 11, 456 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
